Delicious and unique food. Great service! Fun atmosphere as well. The hibiscus sour was such a gorgeous drink and refreshing as well. Looking forward to returning and trying other dishes like the cod and steak frites.

What a great find! We stumbled upon this wonderful establishment and I'm so glad we did. Amazing food and service. The rib eye was stellar. Vanessa, our server, was amazing and super knowledgeable. Can't say enough about this place. I'd give 6 stars but only 5 are allowed. Highly recommend!

Even though I live in Sierra Madre, tonight was the first time I tried Roe Fusion - so many of my neighbors and friends had just raved about it since it opened. They were correct. The kitchen produces a finely matched course of flavors. Often times, a restaurant's selections are so incompatible they they clash; the lack of harmony between flavors can render an evening of dining unsatisfying. Not so at Roe, where the pallet of flavors and textures exudes thoughtfulness. I had two cucumber daiquiris, shared the vegetable tempura and the soy glazed sweet potatoes with friends, and chose the Miso Glazed Black Cod for dinner. Because of its delicate flavor, the cod matched well with the other dishes I had. For desert, I had the excellent creme brulee, the crust of which broke apart with a gentle tap of my spoon. Roe's patio setting was relaxing and perfect for conversation. The service was attentive and friendly. Roe is a gem of a restaurant that compliments the night life in Sierra Madre.

Roes Fusion offers a mix of rolls, sushi, and other dishes, making it a go-to spot for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts. During our visit, we tried a variety of rolls and sushi. While the flavors were generally mediocre, they were decent enough to enjoy. The garlic pasta was similarly average, not particularly memorable but still satisfying. What truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, which elevated the overall dining experience. Despite the food being just okay, the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff made the meal enjoyable. Overall, Roes Fusion might not be a top choice for gourmet sushi or pasta, but it does offer a pleasant dining experience, thanks largely to the outstanding service. If you're in the mood for decent food and excellent service, it's worth a visit.

I tried Roe Fusion a while back at a Yelp Elite event and always had it on my mind to return someday on my own. Needless to say, it was definitely worth coming back to! We ordered the Salmon Hand Roll, Tiger Roll and Filet Mignon Fried Rice along with a couple of cocktails. The food and drinks were just as delicious as I had remembered. The salmon was fresh and buttery, and at $5 per handroll, quite the steal. The Tiger Roll was so tasty with its sauces that it didn't require additional soy sauce to enhance its taste. And the fried rice was amazing with chunks of tender beef, fried onions and a smokey wok-fried flavor. Service was great with our waitress checking up on us! I love the elegant yet easygoing ambiance of the restaurant which makes for a lovely date night or gathering with friends.

cute place in the neighborhood. the interior has a urban, hipster vibe. Not a good place if you're looking for authentic Japanese food or looking for a wide variety of sushi. they do their own twist on the cuisine. if you keep an open mind, the food are quite interesting! hand rolls are very light and refreshing, the macaroni is on the rich side and slightly too sweet for my taste. waitress was very jolly and friendly. that certainly elevated the experience.
